Birth Plan Consultation
2 hour consultation to discuss and develop birth preferences. This consultation will include a customized birth plan to share with your care providers. Ongoing email support for any resource or referral needs throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Bump & Baby Support Group
Our groups are 60-90mins long. The first 30mins are providing information, education, and group guidelines. The next 60mins is talk-time for group participants to share and talk with each other.
